Homestay Tutoring - What to expect?

Should you wish to pursue the idea of Homestay Tutoring then this will be covered during our Weekend Course.   Homestay Tutoring or 1-2-1 Tuition is a very satisfactory type of tutoring.  You welcome a student into your home to live with you for an agreed period of time

You also agree to teach for a contracted number of hours, such as 10;15;20 or 25 hours per week.  These lessons should be structured around the student but as they are individually prepared they are often the most rewarding for both Tutor and Student

Your Course covers teaching individual students and the merits of this, together with some of the downfalls only have " one person in your class!"

We also give you Material for Individual Courses as well as links to relevant websites to help you with Lesson Planning and innovative and interesting material

Some afternoons are spent with your student.  Other times they may venture into Town alone or catch up with some studying.  Maybe introduce your student to "English Cooking" or try a new hobby together

Our course will prepare you to teach both students (under 18 years) and Adults.
